Lauri Langston is a wife, mother, grandmother and Medical Assistant. She has been writing poems since she was twelve years old, rarely sharing them until three years ago when she discovered the Spoken Word movement. An organic gardener, she wrestles with buttercups and bindweed in Everett, Washington. She also collects rocks from special places and occasions, finding joy in stacking them in calming little Cairns that her little dog Molly Magnificent happily knocks down.
